No Win No Fee Compensation Claims
We have a No Win No Fee policy when making your mis-sold mortgage claim, with no upfront fees and no hidden charges. So if we don’t win your mis-sold mortgage case for you, you won’t have to pay us a penny.
When you have accepted an offer for your mis-sold claim and you have been paid the compensation you’re entitled to, we will send you an invoice for our 25% + VAT fee which is payable within seven days, by cheque, postal order or credit/debit card.
Below is an example of our No Win No Fee structure based on a mis-sold case payout of £1,000.00:
- Fee 25%: £250.00
- VAT @ 17.5%: £43.75
- Total amount of our bill: £293.75
- Total amount due to you: £706.25
In order to establish if you have been mis-sold we will undertake a no win no fee audit. This review will establish if you may have a potential claim against your mortgage broker, lender, the surveyor or in some cases the solicitor who acted for you.
This no win no fee audit will give an indication of the possibility of a claim. We will then provide follow-up advice on your best route forward wth your mis-selling claim.
Please note – it is also possible for you to act independently and take your documentation to your own solicitor or another legal representative to review your case.
Please be aware that this is a very specialised and technical area of law and you should ensure that they are fully conversant with the FSA’s rules and how mortgage legislation currently operates.
