If I have been mis-sold a mortgage but I have changed mortgage lender since then, is my original lender liable? The mortgage provider is responsible for the consequences of the policy that they sold you, such as the part of the mortgage to which the policy relates, even if you have subsequently moved the mortgage to a different lender.

I am going to be repossessed, can you help? Yes, contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you on trying to stop the repossession and/or achive compensation.

My house has been repossessed, can you still help? Yes, we will investigate if your mortgage was mis-sold and try to obatin compensation for your losses.
